I know this is a little late, and everyone probably knows. But she said YES!!! My brother is ENGAGED!!!!!!! AH!! I have been waiting for this day to come for a while now. I can't wait to welcome KaCee to the family!! She has been like the sister I have never had. She has been there for me, when no one else has. I can't wait for Spencer and KaCee to make it official and she will legitimately be my sister.
(: October 16th, in the Salt Lake temple, for time and all of eternity! I love both of you, and can't wait for you two to start your happy life together! (:
