You Are Worth It!

I was in my scriptures the other day, and remembered my FAVORITE verse I have ever come across. D&C 18:10 which reads "The worth of souls is great in the sight of God!" I absolutely love, and look up to this scripture SO much! I don't know about the rest of you guys out there, but I know that I have struggled with my self worth on occasion, and I know that I have doubted that out of the numerous inhabitants of this earth, what makes ME so special! What makes me worth anything?? Then I realized that I was thinking in the worldly perspective, and not in the eternal perspective. My grandma, grandpa, Aunt Marge, Jason, and countless other relatives are up in heaven missing me just as much as I miss them!! I can't tell you how excited I am to get to be reunited with them someday.

But that's completely off topic. The Purpose of this blog post is to tell you that no matter who tells you that you are worthless, because you don't do whatever they are telling you to do, or whomever tells you that you'll never accomplish anything in your life, and that you are a no good loser, or that you are too ugly because you don't have the surgery or altercations that the "real" people get. They couldn't be more wrong. EVERY single person on this earth has a purpose, and a reason they are here, in the time that they are. They are needed. You are needed! I am needed for something that has yet to come. Don't let them get you down. One of my favorite quotes that I have ever heard is "haters gonna hate" Simple? Yes! Effective? Yes! True? Yes, if you have "haters" that means that you are doing something right, and they don't like it. You are succeeding where they are falling short! Be proud of yourself! Jesus loves you!!
